Each year on the last Sunday in May families with loved ones buried at the two Cedar Creek cemeteries gather at the old Cedar Creek Schoolhouse on Hwy 21 to raise money for the upkeep of the cemeteries and to spend time with friends and loved ones. At 12:30, lunch is served under the shed beside the schoolhouse. Barbecue and tea are supplied by the Cemetery Association; side dishes and desserts are provided by community members. We encourage everyone with family buried in the Cedar Creek cemeteries to join us and we also welcome new members of the Cedar Creek community.

The old Cedar Creek Schoolhouse is located on the South side of Highway 21, just East of Pearce Ln./FM 535. It is directly across from the Cedar Creek Store and in front of Cedar Creek Elementary School. Click here for a map to the schoolhouse.
